What is the cancellation process for private and semi-private sessionS?
For any semi-private sessions (2:1, 3:1, and 4:1), there is a 50% training fee charged to any participant who cancels in less than 24 hours prior. For private 1:1 sessions, a 50% training fee will be charged only if the trainer must remain at a location for a later session after the canceling child's session. (Example 1: Trainer A has a session with Johnny at 6:00 PM and Jane at 7:00 PM. Johnny cancels less than 24 hours in advance and now Trainer A must sit idle waiting for Jane's session. In this case, Johnny's family would be charged 50% of the training rate. Example 2: Trainer A has a session with Johnny at 6:00 PM, but this is his last session or only session. In this case, a fee will not be charged.)
