How does the Rebel 76 Soccer Winter League work.
1.) Sign your child up for a TRAINING GROUP and then, you are eligable to join a Winter League Team rotation.
2.) Your child will be added to a Teamsnap Management group for their TRAINING GROUP and for their LEAGUE TEAM where each game will be posted weekly. NOTE: The league admin at the Soccer Coliseum will only add ONE GAME per week so we always have to be prepared for updates.
3.) When a game is posted, families are expected to IMMEDIATELY post their child's availability as YES, NO, or MAYBE (maybe should have a COMMENT included so they can better understand the likelihood of the child's availability).
4.) When the availability has been analyzed and compiled by the directors, an email will be sent Subject: NAME OF TEAM FINAL GAME ROTATION. Parents MUST open this email and see if their child is being included in the game. We try to travel with 7-8 players per game as the league is 5 vs 5.
5.) GAME FEES: Each registrant has already payed for 3 games up front. So, if a child plays games on 12/5, 12/17, and 1/20, thoses games are already paid for. That same child plays 5 more games in the winter. So, a total of 8 games were played, but 5 need to be paid for at $37/game at the end. No payment is required until emailed in March.
6.) ADDITIONAL GAME FEES: Sometimes, your child will be invited to play in additional games during the week. If your child is available to play and this game does NOT conflict with your child's training session, these additional games will be billed at a modified fee of $15/game in order to help cover the cost of running the team.
7.) WHAT HAPPENS IF A GAME IS POSTED THE CONFLICTS WITH MY CHILD'S TRAINING SESSION: You should update as NO and put a COMMENT that states, "Has training". This helps the directors realize the reason for the NO answer. A PERSONAL MESSAGE may be sent to certain families asking them to play in the game and miss their training if they agree to do so. There would be NO FEE for this game and it would NOT count towards the 3 games they paid for up front.
8.) GOALKEEPERS/FIELD PLAYERS IN GOAL: Parents, as much as Rebel 76 Soccer and all soccer organizations work hard to procure enough goalies, this will not be perfect. We ask that all familes encourage their kids to play GK and rotate into the

- Last minute changes due to illness should be EMAILED to [email protected] and [email protected] with Subject: CHILD NAME CAN'T PLAY etc
- Parents are expected to commit to the game they update for and cannot change last minute as not only are they letting down the team, but also, each game is budgeted based on having enough kids at the games. This puts an undue burden on Rebel 76 Soccer that is taking on the financial risk of entering this team and managing it for 3 months and 13 games.
